1 lb. ground beef

32 oz. marinara sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

24 oz. ravioli

15 oz. ricotta cheese

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon italian seasoning

  1. Add olive oil and ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until done and then drain the grease.

  2. Add in italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and marinara sauce. Stir and simmer for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. In a 9x13 casserole dish add a layer of meat sauce, then half of the ravioli, and half of the ricotta cheese. then add another layer of meat sauce, the remaining ravioli, and the remaining ricotta cheese. Finish it off with the meat sauce and top with shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
