Blueberry Gin & Tonic


Makes 1

1/2 cup blueberries

3/4 cup gin

lime juice

5 oz. tonic water

handful of blueberries for garnish

  1. To infuse the blueberries, add frozen blueberries to a jar and pour the gin over. Screw the lid on and shake. Let the mixture infuse for an hour.

  2. Once infused, strain out the blueberries and reserve the gin.

  3. Fill a glass with ice. Pour the blueberry-infused gin over ice.

  4. Squeeze just a little lime juice over the mixture and stir.

  5. Top with chilled tonic water and stir.

  6. Throw in some fresh blueberries for aesthetic and garnish with an optional mint leaf.
