4 cups cooked diced chicken

1 diced yellow onion

3 diced carrots

2 diced celery stalks

1 cup frozen peas

3 cloves minced garlic

1/2 cup flour

5 cups chicken broth

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

2 bay leaves

3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

  1. Pour the chicken broth in a saucepan over low heat.
