Chocolate Peppermint Bark

Ingredients:

Servings: 25 Total Time: 20 mins

12 oz. white chocolate chips

12 oz. dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Preparation
  1. Melt your dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave. Constantly keep stirring while melting the chocolate.

  2. Pour the chocolate into a 9 x 12 pan lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly along the bottom of the pan.

  3. Now melt the white chocolate. Then pour on top of the dark chocolate in the pan. Smooth it out in the pan just like with the dark chocolate.

  4. To crush your candy canes just place them in a Ziplock bag and use a rolling pin or a meat tenderizer to crush them (you can either crush them and leave them as large chunks or make them into a fine crushed powder). Then sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top of the white chocolate.

  5. Place in the refrigerator and let harden for about 2 hours. Then break it into pieces.
