Crockpot Venison Stew
Ingredients:

2 lbs. venison meat
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons beef fat
1 lb. potatoes
4 large carrots
3 celery stalks
1 onion
4 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons mix herb seasoning
15 oz. can diced tomatoes
4 cups beef stock
1/2 cup red wine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
Preparation
Start by cutting and dicing the vegetables.
In a bowl combine flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Pat the venison dry and then toss in the flour mixture until completely coated.
Heat the fat in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the venison, making sure to cook all sides.
Place the cooked venison and the potatoes in the crockpot. Then add in carrots, celery, onion, garlic, herb seasoning, salt, pepper, diced tomatoes, beef stock, red wine, and Worcestershire sauce.
Set the crockpot on low and cook for 8 hours.
