Cucumber Margarita


Makes 1

2 oz. tequila

1 oz. triple sec

1 oz. lime juice

1 large cucumber


lime wedge

cucumber slices for garnish

  1. Cut your cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds (make sure to set aside 2-3 slices for garnish).

  2. Grab a blender and blend the cucumber until smooth.

  3. Strain the cucumber to remove the pulp.

  4. In a cocktail shaker add ice, 2 oz. of the cucumber juice, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Stir to combine.

  5. To get a salted rim, rub a lime wedge around the rim. Then grab a plate of salt and rub the rim of the glass around in the salt to fully coat.

  6. Garnish with a couple of cucumber slices.
