1 tablespoon instant coffee

1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon kahlua

1 tablespoon irish cream

cocoa powder for garnish

Preparation

1. In a bowl combine the instant coffee, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of boiling water. Use a hand mixer and mix together for about 5 minutes till the mixture becomes fluffy.

2. In a glass add ice and milk. Then stir in the irish cream and Kahlua.

3. Top with the whipped coffee.

4. Garnish with a little cocoa powder.
