2 lb. ground beef

12 oz. bag frozen green beans

10 oz. bag frozen corn

4 potatoes peeled and cut

1o. bag frozen peas

15 oz. can tomato sauce

14.5 oz. can whole crushed tomatoes



1/8 teaspoon thyme

1 bay leaf

1/4 cup water

fresh parsley for garnish

  4. Then pour in the water and bring the soup to a simmer for about an hour or until the potatoes are tender.

  5. Remove the bay leaf. Garnish with fresh parsley.
