Irish Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients:

8 oz. brewed coffee

2 oz. heavy whipping cream

1/2 tablespoon bailey's irish cream

2 oz. irish whiskey

1 teaspoon brown sugar

ground cinnamon for garnish

Preparation

1. In a mixing bowl combine Bailey's Irish cream and the heavy whipping cream. Using a hand mixer, mix together for about 3 minutes.

2. In a glass combine brown sugar, whiskey, and coffee. Stir together until the sugar is completely dissolved.

3. Top with the whipped cream mixture.

4. Garnish with a sprinkle of brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
