Peanut Butter Spider Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 brown sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 softened butter

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

72 whopper balls or small ball-shaped chocolates

72 candy eyes

2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation

1. In a bowl combine 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, softened butter, and 1 egg. Mix together with a hand mixer until well combined. Then mix in the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

2. Roll the dough into small bite-size balls. Then roll the balls into the remaining granulated sugar.

3. Place the balls of cookie dough on baking trays and bake at 375 F for 10 minutes.

4. Now melt 2 cups of chocolate chips. Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag and then add 2 dots in the middle of each cookie and then stick 2 whoppers on top. Then place the candy eyes in front of the whoppers as shown in the picture. Now with the rest of the melted chocolate in the piping bag, draw legs from the whoppers out to the edge of the cookie to create the sider legs.

5. Let the chocolate harden and everything cool, then serve.
