Pearmary Spritzer

Ingredients:

2 oz. pear flavored vodka

1 oz. pear nectar

4 oz. sparkling water

4 oz. sugar

4 oz. water

6 rosemary sprigs

pear slice for garnish

Preparation

1. To make the rosemary simple syrup, heat sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

2. Once removed from heat add 5 rosemary sprigs. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.

3. In a cocktail shaker with ice add pear vodka, pear nectar, and 2 tablespoons of rosemary syrup. Shake until well combined.

4. Strain the mixture into a glass and top with sparkling water.

5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an optional pear slice.
