2 oz. Pimm's No. 1

1/2 oz. lemon juice

ginger ale

strawberry for garnish

lemon slice for garnish

cucumber slices for garnish

mint leaf for garnish

  1. To a glass with ice add the Pimm's and lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.

  2. Top with ginger ale.

  3. Garnish by throwing into the glass the cucumber slices, strawberry slices, and a lemon slice. Top with a mint leaf.
