Snickerdoodle Martini

2 oz. vanilla vodka

2 oz. heavy cream

1 oz. amaretto

1/2 oz. cinnamon schnapps

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

simple syrup

Preparation

1. To rim your martini glass, start by rubbing simple syrup around the rim. Then make a mixture of sugar and ground cinnamon. Now rub the rim of the glass in the mixture to fully coat.

2. Next, in a cocktail shaker with ice combine vanilla vodka, heavy cream, amaretto, and cinnamon schnapps. Shake until well combined.

3. Strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass.

4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. You can additionally add a cinnamon stick for presentation.
