Toothed Monster Cookies
Ingredients:

3 cups flour
130 g unsalted butter
130 g brown sugar
130 g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
2 cups white chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
16 oz. package of chocolate icing

Preparation
Start by preheating the oven to 355 F and lining 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
Start by making the cookies. In a bowl combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix together with a hand mixer until smooth. Then stir in the eggs and vanilla extract followed by the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined. Lastly, add in the rolled oats and white chocolate chips. Stir everything one last time until well combined.
Scoop out the cookie mixture and form small balls by rolling the dough together with your hands. Then place the balls of cookie dough onto the lined baking sheets and cook for 12 minutes. Then remove from the oven and place on a rack.
Cut 15 marshmallows in half to make the eyes. Then cut the rest of the marshmallows into small slivers to make the teeth.
Now to assemble, spread some icing onto a cookie. Then stick the marshmallow teeth to the icing and place them at the front to make them look like they're coming out of the cookie. Place another cookie on top. Then place 2 marshmallow eyes on top and add a dot of icing to the middle of each marshmallow eye.
