3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots

2 minced garlic cloves

2 eggs

  3. Then add the scrambled egg to the skillet with the cooked rice. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for another couple of minutes.
